BellDandy is one of the three goddess that appear in the animation. She appears when Keiichi dials the wrong number. She then is binded together with Keiichi by a contract.
Skuld is the youngest of the three goddess. When she found out that BellDandy is on Earth, she goes to Earth and told her to help her get rid of the bug problem on heaven. Unfortunately some of those "bugs" came to Earth with her. If the goddesses don't find a way to eliminate the bugs, they will never be able to get back!
Urd came to Earth when she saw that BellDandy had come. Her magic is most of the time useless and causes lots of trouble but when it works, it is very powerful.
Keichii is the boy who summoned BellDandy to Earth. He finds a home for BellDandy and her sisters and later lives in it too.
