Sailor Venus, also known as Sailor V, was more popular than Sailor Moon. For one thing, Sailor Venus was the first sailor when she was fighting in England long before Sailor Moon existed. Also, there are lots of Sailor V merchandise such as dolls, video games, and lots more.
