What to know more on AstroBoy??

AstroBoy was originally a boy named Toby when he died in a car accident AstroBoy was created to be just like Toby. Astro being so different towards his peers is faced with more than his fair share of troubles but still keeps a positive attitude towards life. With the help of Dr. Elefun and teacher Daddy Walrus, Astro is able to come to terms with his unique features and powers from which he realises he's just like everybody else.

Doctor Elefun is a doctor type scientist specialising in Robots and has been there for Astro every step of the way. He also believes that robots should be treated just way humans are treated and that everyone is equal. He also helps Astro with building and maintaining his family models as well as looking after Astro's main source of life (his energy cell) which is located in Astro's chest. He also creates little Gadgets that help Astro defeat his enemies and enhances Astro's way of living life. He is like a second father to Astro.

Mr. Daddy Walrus- teaches Astro as a teacher in his third grade class and helps Astro to overcome bullies such as Alvin who constantly teaches Astro for being a robot. But later become friends after Astro rescues Alvin and friends when they get into terrible trouble at an amusement park.

Besides Alvin Astro also encounters further enemies such as his long time mortal enemy 'Atlas' who is also Astro's brother. Atlas will always tricks Astro into meeting him and fighting with him.

Uran- Astro's cheeky sister who is always getting into trouble. Brought home by Dr. Elefun he also creates a mum and dad for Astro to complete the family environment that Astro has always wanted. Another family member is added later (Jump) Astro's dog. There is one incident where Uran refused to act ladylike like her parents wanted her to, she didn't want to play the piano or study her lessons. Uran would have rathered watching robot matches so she creates a twin so she can have the best of both worlds, little did Uran gets herself into a lot of trouble once again and as usual Astro had to save her. Besides all the heart-ache Astro still finds Uran adorable.

Special features of AstroBoy

1. Rockets - both in his arms and boots for flying and scaring/oushing away enemies

2. Laser buttocks - to kill enemies who get behind his back

3. Night vision- in his eyes to see under water or during dark periods

4. Super hearing - to hear any disturbances and sense when danger is ahead

5. Tape Recorder - located in Astro's body which comes out of Astro's mouth when he plays the tape. Very helpful when wanting to deliver messages to Dr. Elefun

6. Strong steel - the ability to throw monsters and punch steel without harming himself
