Negaverse, Aliens, and the Dark Moon... Oh my!!!!!

They're charasmatic.  They're lookers.  They're evil.  The villains from the Negaverse, and for that matter from outer space, have their own times to shine and develop.  Not all to uncommon for any show to have an established enemy, but to have so many?!  All the more reason to dedicate a small section of the character profiles to the men and woman who make the Sailor Scouts lives that much more interesting.
