Only The Negaverse
Queen
Beryl
The
whole reason for the reawakening of the Sailor Scouts. The evil Queen
Beryl is the leader of a dark dimension only known as the Negaverse.
One thousand years ago, Beryl was looking to rule the galaxy, and there
was only one thing standing in her way, Queen Serenity and the Moon Kingdom.
She launched an attack on the Moon Kingdom, sending here four Generals
to lead the assault and her seven Shadow Warriors to back up. The
ultimate evil, the Negaforce, was also released to make quick work of Serenity's
guards, the Sailor Scouts. Beryl succeeded in destroying the Moon
Kingdom, as well as killing the Earth Prince Darien and Serenity's daughter,
Princess Serena. Beryl was soon stopped, as she and here Negaverse
were sealed away in their own desolate dimension by Queen Serenity and
her Imperium Silver Crystal. And there Beryl and her generals remained
for a millennium
Beryl
herself is a cool customer. You actually wouldn't think her as such
a power if it weren't for the fact that she controls some of the most powerful
evil in the galaxy. A quick gesture can spell certain doom for anyone
who even thinks of opposing her. She isn't the most powerful of Sailor
Moon's foes, but she is most certainly the most intelligent, and the most
patient.

Jadeite
Jadeite has long been one
of Queen Beryl's most trustworthy and experienced Generals. He is
the first to face the
freshly
awakened Sailor Scouts, and his results are less than satisfactory.
Jadeite is also very calm and composed, a requirement of all of Queen Beryl's
high ranking officers. He has a certain suave manner to him that
can only be compared to that of a con-artist. Many of his plans were
very hands on and personal, usually setting up in the public eye, attempting
to gather a great amount of energy for the Negaforce. Serena, of
all people, even fell for his plans on many occasions, lulled in by Jadeite's
boyish looks, deep blue eyes, and golden hair. <sigh> ^_-

Nephlite
Nephlite
is probably one of the most ruthless of Queen Beryl's generals, but at
the same time, one of the most confused. Thank Molly for that.
Nephlite is adored by all. Woman want to be with him. Men want
to be like him. You know the drill. Posing as the successful
business man, Maxfield Stanton, Nephlite often is able to keep a close
eye on his plans. His belief is in the fact that the stars control
all of our destinies, that they can predict the future. Not even
he could predict the inner conflict he would go through when he met up
with Serena's best friend, Molly Baker. Through Molly, Nephlite,
for the first time, questioned his whole purpose of being, and in the end,
decided that even evil couldn't stand up against the power of love.

Zoicite
It
begs the question: How can someone so hateful, so spiteful, and so
vindictive even understand and be apart of
the concept of love? As odd as it appears, the cold Zoicite is Malachite's
love. Zoicite can be identified as one of Queen Beryl's most underrated
generals. Maybe this is why she helped push her predecessor, Nephlite,
to destruction much quicker. To match her cold demeanor, Zoicite
could control many of the elements, and ice appeared to be one of her favorites,
using it occasionally on Tuxedo Mask. Had Zoicite never been hooked
up with Malachite, who knows what kind of evil she would have been capable
of. She was always somewhat out of control, always ready to disobey
orders to further her personal gains, and always a victim of carrying out
revenge.

Malachite
Malachite
is obviously the highest ranking general of the Dark Army, so he is also
Queen Beryl's most
experienced and deadliest official. Malachite is, like most of the
other generals, a very cool and serene character, but a bit more so that
it actually seems scary. His long silver hair and vacant eyes act
as a window into his personality, which is pretty much nonexistent.
That is, when he is not around his love, Zoicite. Unfortunately,
with the arrival of Prince Darien to the Negaverse, his role seems to be
slacking, his cool demeanor cracking more frequently to fits of rage at
Beryl's new 'pet.'

Prince
Darien
Obviously from the familiarity
of the name, Darien has not always been apart of Queen Beryl's Negaverse.
His power interested Beryl, as well as his good looks and his closeness
to her nemesis, Sailor Moon. Beryl had Darien brainwashed by the
Negaforce so that he would serve her cause, and for the most part it worked.
Prince Darien came to serve a new master, the evil queen, but parts of
his past always stopped him from fully turning. That could be observed
whenever he battled Sailor Moon as Tuxedo Mask. Under Negaverse control,
his roses turned black, but every now and then, the rose would turn red
again, as fleeting memories entered his mind.
