Welcome to a tribute to the most kawaii girl in Ranma 1/2!
Ukyo (or Ukyou) Kuonji is a supreme woman from Rumiko Takahashi's hit series, "Ranma 1/2". If you don't know who the lovely woman pictured above is, I'd suggest a serious re-examination of yourself in terms of anime knowledge. There are a million Ranma 1/2 pages out there...but not nearly enough dedicated to our dear Ucchan. The next Ranma episode will include our princess. Look for it in January.
Brief description 
Ukyo is intelligent, beautiful, an excellent cook, and a good friend. Of all of Ranma's suitors, Ukyo is Ranma's closest friend. Heck, she is even nice to Akane. Ukyo is an independent, self-sufficient woman who runs her own restaurant successfully. She even uses her culinary artistry to score a date with Ranma (while setting up Ryoga and Akane). And hey, you gotta love that spatula.
The okonomiyaki princess rules supreme because she is a nice girl. She is a source of inspiration, showing that life goes on even when you are in love with someone you can never have. So piddles to the obsessive Shampoo and every other imposter who thinks she can have Ranma. It just isn't going to happen.
Stick around awhile. You may learn something...(heh heh)
