For Ogres it's usually a good idea to have at least 100 evasion or a war mage with Thunderclap, Tingle, or Ice Patch. The Young Ogres aren't hard and can be beaten easily, but their stamina is insanely high(higher than guards it seems) but they lose limbs and their heads easily also. Their shields can cause a problem(especially against targeted magic, you'd think they'd get hurt a little from a lightning bolt, i mean leather isn't that insulating). For the Scouts it's best to hangback or at least stay at melee with something else and maintain nimble or incredible balance and wait til the run out of bolts, or if you have a war mage just tingle the bolts away(or any other spell that has the same effect) or just knock it out long enough to keep wailing on it. After they lose their bolts they're nothing but Rockies with insanely high stamina. Or you can just hide and sneak up on them since they're blind
