Chibi Chibi first appears in the Stars series, in episode 182. Eveyone is interested in this mysterious little girl that floats in on an umbrella. Usagi's mother thinks she is her daughter! Usagi's friends think it is Usagi's second daughter from the future. But Setsuna warns them that she only remembered Neo - Queen Serenity having one child, Chibi Usa. Setsuna tells the girls to watch out around Chibi Chibi. But how could such a cute girl be dangerous?!

Chibichibi first turns into a senshi in Episode 187.
