Allow me to begin with a brief explanation.

I am a philosopher in the literal sense. I love knowledge. I love having it. I love knowing what others don't. I love seeking it, even if it doesn't really mean anything. I am not, on the other hand, a philosopher in the traditional sense. I don't really have any particular interest in solving life's problems, or divining the true nature of the universe. It's just that in order to survive in this life, in this universe, and indeed on this planet, One must have opinions. One must learn from One's mistakes, and form a model of the universe. I don't offer a solution to the world's problems, or even yours. It's just that in my wanderings, I have had quite a bit of time to ... contemplate my own existence and problems, and, for some, their solutions. I don't know if my model is accurate, inclusive or even pertinent. But I do think a lot, and everybody needs an outlet.

I would like to warn you, however. I have been endowed with a very strange sense of propriety. A very serious subject might move me to humor. An off-handed comment intended for humor might throw me into a pensive mood, and I might even modify my world-view because of it. Oh, and one other thing. This may seem obvious, but ... Nobody Thinks In The Same Way. If something offends you here, shrug it off. I can assure you, I did not intend to offend. Just to stimulate thought.

And so, I present ... My Ramblings.
