"Neptune Crystal Power Make-up" She throws her hand into the air and she appears as Sailor Star Neptune.(Manga)
Attacks:
"Deep Submerge" The sea parts as Neptune stands in the middle. She spins around and water energy gather in her hands above her head. She lowers her hands and point them at her target as the ball of blue energy springs at her target. When the ball hits the target is submerged in water.
"Submarine Reflection" She holds up her Deep Aqua Mirror and gazes into it. She spins and aims the mirror at her target. A blast of light comes out of it and either hits the enemy or reveals their weaknesses.
"Submarine Violin Tide" She begins to play her violin as water spins around her. Water cascades from the violin into her target.(Manga)
"Galactica Violin Tide" Neptune plays her violin and water blasts into her target. (Manga)
