Episode #3: A Transfer

Shinji goes to school and tries to lead a normal life. Of course, everybody can only talk about the titanic battle that took place a few days before. Especially Toji Suzuhara, whose sister was badly injured during the battle. Although he hates the Angels, he reserves most of his anger against the Eva and its pilot. Toji learns that the Evangelion pilot is actually in his class, he decides to avenge his sister by clobbering Shinji. Not long after that, another Angel attacks. During the battle, the Angel severs Eva-01's power cable and Shinji finds himself in the obligation of wrapping things up in less than 5 minutes or Eva-01 will shutdown. In desperation, Shinji whips out Eva-01's knife and charges the creature head-on. Once again, he goes berserk and Eva-01 kills the monster.
