Threats
Risks:
- Hackers:
people who hack into the computer out of fun resulting in alteration of
information: ie users getting different books or no returning of books.
- Youngters using
the site as an excuse to view illegal materials
- Abuse of systems:
users interact with library through internet and therefore never show
their faces. Resulting in Users' mischief:
ie tearing or damaging to library books. Users may at most be
blacklisted by library.
Costs:
- Increase in Labour costs:
training of the workers to deliver books to users.
- Increase in Monetary costs.
Benefits:
- Satisfy basic requirements of library: push service
to public, therefore increasing popularity
- More people have time and chance to access and view
the library.
- Improvement of Service: May get Best Service

Management Plan:
- Before implementation, conduct adequate training and
let the users be familar with all procedures
- Give the users more time to get used to the ideas
and to understand how to use it.
