Maki is based on Magic Johnson (not the AIDS part. Don't worry, Maki won't get AIDS ). Maki is a player that can even play center even if he is smaller than most centers because of his strength great inside plays. Johnson is also like that. Johnson once played center and became famous when he replaced Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in the NBA Finals versing Philadelphia 76ers. How good he played? He a was rookie than, 20 year old, that played with 42 points, 15 rebounds, and 7 assists. Maybe the greatest single-game effort in NBA playoff history. Even his position is a point guard, he has the power of the center and forward and he was very big. He is known for his "no-look pass". Basically, he penetrates inside the court as the middle man with his fast break speed and power(This is what got him famous, and his fast break or penetration called 'Magic to Worthy on the break'), look off the defender, and quickly whip a pass to an open teammate on the other side of the floor or going for a lay-up that fouls other people and make him go to the free-throw line. Really good and also known for this type of three point play.(Isn't this VERY much like Maki style). More Info

Why is he in this list? Because Jin might be based on him. Bird is an rival to Johnson since NCAA. And people wondered if Johnson and Bird combined in one team would make a team invincible. And in Slam Dunk, Kainan is practically invincible as they went to the IH 17 years straight. And they were at the same team on the Dream team 1984(I think), 1988, and 1992. Which were invincible combo for the other countries. Bird is mostly known for his three point shoots and very good shooting form which Jin have. Bird is sometimes called the "Big Three" which have two meanings. First, because of his great three point percentage. Second, he led the Boston Celtics to three NBA world championship (1981, 1984, 1986) and won NBA MVP three times(1984-1986). Now he is a coach for the Indiana Pacers because he was born in Indiana.
