First called Fort Wayne Zollner, stared at 1948, because that was the owner's name. In 1957 he moved the Piston to Detroit and then the name was changed to Detroit Pistons

Sendoh is based on him and little on Grant Hill(I think). Thomas was tall for a guard and sort for like Jordan on his plays. Thomas is one of the top fifty players and the best player in Detroit Piston ever. Grant Hill is one of the best triple-double players (means have to make at least 10 points, 10 rebound, and 10 assists in one game) in history but was never an MVP (unfortunally). I think Sendoh is an triple-double player because he is good scorer, passer and a rebounder as he screen out Akagi once at Ryonan and Shohoku Match. Sendoh height is obviously taller than Isiah Thomas, which is the strangest thing.( Isiah Thomas skill of shooting among taller players doesn't match Sendoh either.) Isiah, (or in the Holy Bible, Isaiah) in the Holy Bible, is a religious Lord's prophet in Israel which the name meant ‘The Lord's Salvation'. Sendoh name fits Isiah Thomas ‘ Lord, III' because Sendoh means ‘The Way of the Gods' or ‘The Holy Way' which the name is related to Lord III and Isiah.
