Recently, the film industry in HK has not being very healthy and this has affected the income of many a star. Therefore, some actors/actresses are venturing into the overseas market to increase their chances. Besides Taiwan, Japan is also a very good place to start in. Quite a few actresses have tried to break into the Japanese market and success is rewarded with a big increase in the fees paid to them for advertisements. Earlier, Zhou Haimei ( ©P®ü´A ) published a photographic album ( ¼g¯u ) in Japan and the response was encouraging. Now the Japan side is thinking of asking Athena to publish one as well. They feel that Athena's image is slightly sexy and there is definitely a market for it. Athena herself has not received any information regarding this but if this is true, she will feel very happy because it means that there are people who admire her. Athena says that she has seen Haimei's album and it does have an element of sexiness in it but definitely not bordering on pornography and she can definitely accept this. If it is possible, Athena will like to try breaking into this new market after she has succeeded in Taiwan. However, she is currently very busy trying to expand her career in HK and Taiwan, and it will be extremely hard to find time to break into this new market.
