Sejak konser terakhir yang kita datangi, banyak hal yang terjadi: MoonOffice Fanclub telah direorganisasi kembali, maka itulah kita bisa aktif membantu lagi di klub tersebut. Ralf dan Bianka (sobat kita sejak tahun 1986) menangani merchandising seperti pekerjaan tetap. Dan kita punya janji dengan mereka untuk bertemu dalam konser Alphaville di kota Gardelegen. Sebelum berangkat, kita telah mencetak beberapa kartu undangan sekedar promosi untuk kalangan fanclub lokal kami.

Seperti biasa, jika kita ingin melihat konser Alphaville di daerah Sachsen-Anhalt, kita harus melewati jalan-jalan kecil dan bahkan jalan pedesaan. Kota Stendal sangatlah ramai, kalau tetap melewati kota tersebut, kita malah tidak sampai-sampai ke Gardelegen. Maka kita memilih lewat jalan-jalan desa, dan akhirnya kita sampai juga ke Gardelegen pada waktunya. Di sana kita lihat pertama kali poster "SEE ALPHAVILLE LIVE", timbul perasaan nervous yang selalu datang kalau kita hendak menonton konser. Sementara tidak ada masalah untuk mencari LIW-hall tempat konser diadakan, karena ada penunjuk arah di jalan utama...Dan apa yang dilakukan pertama kali di sini? Ya, tentu saja Makan! Sehabis kenyang, kita pergi ke tempat penyelenggaraan. Di sana kita mengenali sebuah mobil Ford berwarna putih dengan tanda Alphaville, dan kita lihat juga mobil itu berasal dari tempat yang jauh (dilihat dari plat nomornya). Dan di pintu masuk kita akhirnya tahu pemilik mobil tersebut: Tobias! (sekarang pengelola Official Alphaville Homepage). Dia juga datang waktu konser di kota Burg dan Haldensleben. Sekarang kami punya banyak waktu untuk saling mengenal. Kami bercerita banyak khususnya tentang Alphaville yang mau masuk internet, karena Tobias adalah seorang spesialis di bidang itu. Kita tidak punya internet tetapi kita sudah merencanakan untuk masa yang akan datang (dan sekarang sudah kesampaian).

Kemudian seseorang datang dan kita tahu kalau dia juga berasal dari kota yang sama dengan Tobias. Ia tentu saja sangat terkejut, karena sebelumnya ia kira bahwa ia sendiri satu-satunya fans Alphaville di kota Hamburg. Ia juga tertarik dengan kegiatan fanclub kita, dan tentu saja kita senang mendengarnya. Datang juga dua orang fans dari Belanda. Mereka menempuh jarak yang jauh, karena waktu-waktu mendatang kemungkinan Alphaville tidak mengadakan konser di Belanda. Di pintu masuk kita diperiksa dengan teliti, dan kita diperbolehkan masuk membawa kamera. Di dalam, kita berbincang-bincang cukup lama dengan Ralf dan Bianka, dan juga bersay hello kepada Marion (pengurus MoonOffice Fanclub). Kita bisa melihat-lihat majalah fanclub (fanzine) mereka, dan diperbolehkan meletakkan kartu-kartu undangan di meja merchandising sekaligus juga kita membeli kaos T-shirt Peace On Earth Tour. Lama-kelamaan semua anggota-anggota fanclub mendekat ke panggung. Kita sudah mendengar bahwa konser hari ini dan juga dua konser mendatang, akan direkam untuk pembuatan album live. Album ini mungkin akan dirilis lewat MoonOffice Fanclub. Tetapi hal ini belum resmi diumumkan.

Pertunjukan dimulai jam sembilan malam dan kita berdiri di barisan depan. Susunan acaranya sedikit berbeda dengan konser tahun lalu. Alphaville menyanyikan lagu-lagu: Fools, A Victory of Love, Jet Set, Ascension Day, Euphoria, Feathers and Tar, Sounds Like A Melody, Wish You Were Dead, And I Wonder, Dance with Me dan Forever Young. Dan bonus lagu yang dinyanyikan adalah Big in Japan dan Apollo. Jet Set dan Dance with Me yang dinyanyikan secara live benar-benar hebat. Satu-satunya lagu terbaik yang ditunggu-tunggu adalah lagu baru Wish You Were Dead. Iramanya membuat kita seakan berdansa, dan Marian menyanyikan liriknya dengan penuh ironi dan sedikit gembira. Itulah sentuhan khusus yang diberikan untuk lagu tersebut. Versi lain Big in Japan juga tidak banyak dengan sentuhan gitar, tetapi lebih banyak bunyi keyboard. Semuanya seperti pertunjukan besar, kalau juga waktu tampilnya bisa lebih lama lagi. Lagu Peace on Earth, Ivory Tower dan Astral Body tidak dimainkan, pertama karena sepertinya hall tidak terisi penuh dan kedua, Alphaville masih harus tampil di empat konser lagi dan Marian harus menyimpan suaranya. Makanya juga, tidak ada fanparty sehabis tampil. Kita tetap di tempat sebentar untuk mempromosikan fanclub kita, dan merchandising banyak terjual. Akhirnya kita harus mengucapkan selamat tinggal, Marion mengajak kita lagi untuk datang ke konser di Königs Wusterhausen, karena tempatnya tidak jauh dari tempat kita tinggal. Kita katakan padanya bahwa sebenarnya kita mau datang tetapi ada satu masalah: waktunya bertepatan dengan ulang tahun Ilwa dan kita telah mengundang beberapa teman. Sekedar bercanda, Marion bilang bahwa pestanya diadakan lain kali saja dan dirayakan bersama-sama di Königs Wusterhausen. Boleh juga!

Since our last concert, there were many things happened: the Moonoffice club was reorganized, that's why we worked again active for the Fanclub. Ralf and Bianka (good friends since 86) did the Merchandising like profies. We had a date for the Gardelegener concert. Before we departured we printed some visiting cards to make promotion for our Fanclub. Like everytime, if we go with Alphaville in the area of Sachsen-Anhalt we have to drive above little streets and this time also above lanes. Stendal were completly blocked. If we had tried to drive through the city, we never had arrived in Gardelegen. We drove simply behind the natives cross above the fields. Step by step we reached Gardelegen in time. As we saw the first poster "see Alphaville live", at once the typical nervousness of the concerts came. It were problemless to find the LIW-hall, because there were signposts on the mainstreet ... what's to do at first? right the ritual: eating ! Satisfied, we went to the place of the event. There we recognized a white car (Ford) with signum Alphaville, and we saw that it also came from far away (seen on the characteristic mark of the car). And on the entrance we knew whose the car it is: Tobias! He also was in Burg and Haldensleben. Now we took the chance to know each other better. We told especially many things above Alphaville into the Internet, 'cos Tobias is a specialist for it. We haven't internet but we plan it in the future. (NOW IT`S THIS FUTURE).

Then somebody else came and we found out he was from the same town like Tobias. He was very supprised, because he thought, he would be the only one Alphaville-fan in Hamburg. He was interested also for our Fanclub, and we were naturally very happy about. It came also two fans from Netherlands. They did the a long way, 'cos in next time Alphaville presumably will not play live in the Netherlands. On the entrance we were very carefully checked. We were able althrough to take in our camera. Then we talked very long with Ralf and Bianka. And said hello to Marion. We could take a look into their fanzine and got allowance to lay our visiting cards on the Merchandising table what's we naturally at once bought was a new Tour-T-shirt. Step by step all fanclub members came in front of the stage. We have heard that today and on the following two concerts, liverecordings for a livealbum will recorded. This album maybe will published through the Moon Office Club. But that's not official 'till today.

The concert began at 21.00 o'clock and we stood in the first row. The program was a bit different to the last year. They played: Fools, A Victory of Love, Jet Set, Ascension Day, Euphoria, Feathers and Tar, Sounds Like a Melody, Wish You Were Dead, And I Wonder, Dance with Me and Forever Young. And as the bonus tracks Big in Japan and Apollo. Jet Set and Dance with Me in live version are very good. The absolut toptrack is the new song Wish You Were Dead. Its rhythm get at once into the legs and Marian sings the lyrics (we could imagine it's a dark lyric) full of irony and a littly bit happy, that gives the song a special touch. The version of Big in Japan is also otherwise, not more with so much guitars, but more keyboards. All in all a supershow, also if originally it should be longer. Peace on Earth, Ivory Tower and Astral Body they didn't play, 'cos the hall wasn't sold out at first and second they had 4 more concerts on the following days and Marian shall save his voice. That's why there was no fanparty after the show. We stayed to make propaganda for our fanclub and the Merchandising sold good. As we had to say goodbye, Marion asked us to come to Königs Wusterhausen, 'cos it would be not so far away from our home. We told that we would like to come but there's a problem: it's Ilwa's birthday and we invited some guests. As joke Marion told us to make the party on another day and to celebrate together in Königs Wusterhausen. What a chance!
