You first meet him when Ginta and Rokutanda have a tennis match and bet that who ever losses has to shave his head. Little to say that Rokutanda losses. I don't know why but he has this thing about chalanging and shaving heads. You will see this through out the series. Rokutanda, in the beginning, is in love with Arimi but she doesn't want him. No matter where she went he would be right there. But after Arimi and Ginta gets together he finally realizes that he must get over her. Then he find Yayoi during the New Year's celebration. After she leaves with her friends he realizes that he did not get the name of her school, telephone number, or her last name. He is so devistated that he may not ever see his precious Yayoi again. Past Love: Some guy in the park Present Love: Tsutomu Rokutanda Yayoi doesn't come in till almost the end of the series. She is celebrating New Year's with her friends and gets seperated. As she wanders around she runs into Rokutanda. Since he is by himself they decide to walk together until they can find her friends. You don't see her for awhile until you see her in a park during Valentines Day trying to give candy to a guy that she likes, but her refuses her. Then she notices Rokutanda on a bench near where she was at. They begin to talk and finally they get together.

Present Love: Meiko Akizuki When you first see Miwa your first impression of him is that he is gay. That is not the case. He is really falling for Meiko. He does what he can for her to like him. Just when you think that he has won her over, guess who comes into the picture. In the end Miwa just ends up being the big brother of the group.		Name: Anju Kitahara Age: 15-16 DOB: ? Sign: ? School: ? Grade: ? Club: ? Job: None Past Love: Yuu Matsuura Present Love: Yuu Matsuura You first meet Anju, or An, in the train station when Yuu comes back from his trip. They are childhood friends. Anju helped Yuu get over some of his tough times. When An comes into the picture she realizes that she still loves Yuu. Then she finds out about Miki. An accepts Miki as Yuu girlfriend, but she wants to be his second. Meaning that she wants to be next in his heart. An has a serious heart condition. They don't exactly tell you what it is, but she must have heart surgery. She has a 50/50 chance of surviving the majoy surgery. She has to go to America in order to get the surgery. She comes out fine. Yuu meets her later in New York . In the end An is like Yuu's sister who watches out for him.

Grade: Sophomore Club: Music Job: Bobson's Ice Cream Shop and later J's Coop Past Love: Miki Koishikawa Present Love: Miki Koishikawa When you first meet Kei, he is Miki's co-worker at Bobson's Ice Cream Shop. You get a little suspisious about him from the beginning. He finds something that belongs to Miki and keeps it for himself. Then Miki finds out that Kei likes her and tries to break them up. She finds out that Kei is a very talented pianist. He had quit school and piano because of differenced between him and his insturctor. Because of Miki he goes back to his piano and school to show that he is mature enough for her. He even composed a song for Miki as her Christmas present.		Name: Suzu Sakuma Age: 12-13 DOB: ? Sign: Libra School: ? Grade: 8th Club: None Job: Model Past Love: ? Present Love: Yuu Matsuura You first met Suzu in Yuu's mother's office when she is casting her for a commercial. Suzu is a child star, in commercials and advertising. Yuu's mother is trying to promote her new line of teen cosmetics. Suzu sees the picture of Yuu on Chiyako's desk and recommends him for one of the parts in the commercial. She starts to cling onto him from the beginning. Then after the shoot is finished she finds out that Yuu is a friend of her cousin, Miwa. She asks Miwa to set Yuu up as her tutor. When Suzu and Miki meet it isn't a pretty sight. She anounces to everyone how she loves Yuu. Miki then gets scared that Yuu may leave her for Suzu. Suzu tried her best to break them up, but all her little plans never work. In the end she finally realizes that there is now way that she will get Yuu.

He also ends up being his friend too. Takuji is also friends with Na-Chan and Ryoko since high school. In high school he had went steady with Ryoko. He then began to notice that Ryoko started to have feelings for Na-Chan. Instead of hurting himself or Ryoko, he decides to break up with her. He finds himself in New York where he meets his wife. They got married and moved back to Japan and they both opened their own business.		Name: Rei Mizutani Now: Kijima Age: 23-24 DOB: ? Sign: ? School: Graduated Grade: None Club: None Job: Owner of J's Coop Past Love: Takuji Kijima Present Love: Takuji Kijima Rei also went to school with Takuji and the others, but she was very shy. She didn't talk very much and hid her feelings for Takuji. Then her parents had to transfer to America for a job and Rei would not see Takuji anymore. She made a wish on her medalion and sent/gave it to Takuji. He had worn it since he left high school. Then they ran into each to each other in New York and they to married. They came back to Japan and opened up their own business. Rei owns and runs J's Coop with her brother Akira.

He loves to draw and paint as his past time. You don't see that much of him in the series. But you do find out that he likes Ryoko. In the beginning he tries to date her but she refuses, due to the fact that she is still interested in Na-Chan. She finally goes out with him and they become a couple. School: Toryo High School Grade: None Club: Girls Tennis Advisor Job: Teacher Past Love: Na-Chan Present Love: Akira Mizutani Ryoko went to high school with Takjuji and Na-Chan. At the time she was going out with Takjuji. after spending time with them she finds that she was falling in love with Na-Chan. When Takjuji finds out he breaks up with her and leaves. After Takjuji left Na-Chan and Ryoko went to college together to become teachers. No matter how hard she tried she could not get the courage to stand up and tell Na-Chan how she felt. Then when she finds out that Na-Chan is in love with Meiko she tells him. By this time it is too late because Na-Chan only wants Meiko. Then she meets Akira. She is still devistated about Na-Chan so when he first asked her out she refused. She was not ready for another relationship. After some time she finds out that they have a lot in common and they get together.
