Welcome to my private library. Come in relax and read for a bit. This will still be here tomorrow, so don't even try to read everything all at once. Even Ami couldn't do that :) So ENJOY!! Shhh....
Read the only collection of fanfics that features Ami-chan in a central role.
This has got to be the most original mix of genres. Sailormoon & Forgotten Realms. I especially like how it brings in a new ally that's NOT a Sailor Senshi. The Mercury Mage/Sailor Mercury dual is reminiscent of the Tuxedo Mask/Sailormoon pair. Though only one part is available, three more parts have been written and are awaiting typing... [G]
As part of The Symphony of the Planets series, this part brings to us the Ami-chan that we all grew to love. The hero that is Ami (not Mercury). In this story, we not only see the shy and gentle Ami, but also the true strength within her that makes her worthy of being a Sailor Senshi. [G]
Extremely unique style of writing. I don't know what to say about this story except that it's good and a little "dark". I would have to agree with the author in that: "If you were one of those people who threw away "Return of the Native" after the first two chapters, don't even bother with this one." I finished "Return of the Native" :P [PG-13]
This is my all time favorite Sailormoon fanfic. Though Ami's role isn't central, she does play an important one. This story ultimately creates an alternate SM universe, namely one in which Nephrite survives. The storyline is superb. You might also want to read certain parts over as his take on time and paradoxes is a little daunting at first reading :P [G]
This is a short and insightful look at the inner Ami. A deeply emotional and quite believable story about the Ami before Mercury, and the reconciliation and liberation of that self from the mold that we see her as in Sailormoon. This short 4 part series brings to us an empowered Ami-chan. One that's more that what we know her to be, one that's more herself! [PG]
A refreshing approach to fanfic is this story. Written in the first person, throught the eyes of Urawa Ryo (Greg), it takes a harsh look at the tragedies of life and personal "demons". Through shared despair does Ami-chan and Ryo-kun finally find joint healing, and each other. Personal note: It's a little twisted :P [R]
Shakespeare, mythology, & Sailormoon. A short story about cruel fate and circumstances and a promise of renew. This and its prequel, Domesticated Demon both brings real human tragedies to our animated heroes. If you thought they all had peachy lives, these two stories might finally make them "real" to you. [PG-13]
If you felt that you were left hanging in regards to Ami-chan and Ryo-kun's relationship status, this is the fanfic to read. Though the story was rushed at times, it contains some tender moments and very well written re-caps of previous episodes. [G]
This tremendously long series takes Sailormoon from the beginning (after Ami becomes a senshi) and starts twisting the story from that point. This series first centers on Ami-chan, and eventually grows to encompass all the senshis. The author is superb at rich details and makes the senshis very believable. Warning: Though the series starts as [PG], it quickly becomes [R] for parts 2-4. Click the above link to read descriptions of each individual parts.
