Kinokuniya
The Kinokuniya in Singapore tend to have the same stock, lots of Hana Yori Dango and Basara, as well as the more popular titles. The irritating thing is their prices range, depending on the location of each shop and it's damned difficult to find any comics by Asuka apart from the Clamp stuff. BTW yes you can order stuff from them.

This Kinokuniya doesn't get the main store status for nothing. Boasting the biggest range of manga availabe in Singapore, you can find practically any title there; and if you can't, they will gladly order it for you from their store in Japan. The mangas are neatly organized according to the respective publishers. Among the titles seen are Hana Yori Dango, Detective Conan, Fushigi Yuugi, Ryo, X, Ayashi no Ceres...you name it and they have it! They provide online ordering service, which is actually meant as a reservation service - you still have to personally come down to the store to collect your order. Proved to be useful to reserve that last copy of the newest Hana Yori Dango or other bestseller titles which usually disappear quicker than you can say 'manga'. Magazines galore! Nakayoshi, Margaret, Ribbon, YoungYou...there are just too many to mention! Mangas, magazines...and did I mention artbooks? They have a special section dedicated entirely to illustration books of various anime/mangas...it is also available online. If you're a manga fan and you're coming to Singapore, don't forget to stop by this Kinokuniya...definitely worth visiting!

Due to the opening of this main store, all manga have been pulled out of the other branches of Kinokuniya and transfered to the main store.
