The new arcade game released in Japan, Tokimeki ~Tell me your heart~, is almost the same game play as the original game Tokimeki memorial. The arcade will look like this.

The new feature in this game is the heart beat and sweating level. By a placing your hand on a mouse on the control panel, it can tell your heart beat and sweating level on your hands and reflect it back to the game. Here is how the mouse looks like. The game cost 200 yen per game. And the possiblities of the game are nearly endless. Same as the Tokimeki memorial, this game begins by entering your own personal name. Then place your hands on the special "Tokimeki" mouse and the game will begin. The game play is almost the same as the original Tokimeki memorial besides the fact that new scenery, new people in the school and way better graphics. The game is mainly about going to school and dating the girls. On the dates you go out with the girl of your dreams, you are suppose to answer questions and base on your questions they get an impression of how you are. This time if you answer the question wrong, energy will be deducted from your life bar. (Yes you can game over by answering the questions wrong). Two new characters i know of is another girl as pretty as Mira Kagami and a pretty woman teacher in the health department by the name of Takahashi will be added. As the game ends (even if you game over), you will receive a picture photograph about the size of a postcard to keep. It will come out from the top of the arcade. There are two sets of these pictures, one with a sentence and one without. These pictures will have your name on it as well as a special scene for you to keep. Here is a sample picture that you get to keep when you finish the game with all the girls in love with you.
