Current Standings of top three favorite virtual idol in japan is 1. Saki Nijino 2. Sakura Shinguji (from the saturn game sakura taisen) 3. Shiori Fujisaki. The top three have two tokimeki characters! This shows that Tokimeki is still being loved and will never be played out.

The Win95 version of Tokimeki Memorial is going to be released in September. Konami is having contest that is giving up Saki Nijino cd as well as the 500 photo collection in ~Tell me your heart~ arcade.
The Tokimeki Memorial movie was Released in 8/9 and the star Kazue Fukiishi herself is touring around japan's TOEI theaters to introduce the movie.

Concerning the drama series vol.1, the Release date is out and it is 7/10!!!Results are in! The Girl playing the part of Shiori Fujisaki is a 14 years old girl!!! Also, other characters would be from the Radio series and would be played by Teen stars!!!
NEWS (updated) 4/20I have got some info for TOKIMEKI MEMORIAL 2. In konami, they annouced the game will only be made for PS. Wow I am so glad i got a PS. Also the Character for Drama Series vol 2. has been decided, it is going to be Ayako Katagiri.
NEWS (updated) 4/15Theres news about TOKIMEKI MEMORIAL 2 coming out. Even though there is a new group working on this game, i think i will still be a hit. I have finally got my copy of Tokimeki Selection Shiori Fujisaki, and i think the game is great. A must buy for all Shiori fans.
NEWS (updated) 4/10I have just found out two Tokimeki games are out for JWin95. The two games are very similar to the PSX game Tokimeki Private collection. These two games is a private collection of the characters' voice, sound, music, pictures, and even a screen saver.

During the AOU 1997 amusement expo, the konami team introduced the new arcade game Tokimeki ~tell me your heart~(For more information please check visit Tokimeki ~tell me your heart~). Konami's booth also introduced many tokimeki items such as lead pencils with a SD tokimeki character on the top of the pencil, new CD collections, mouse pad and models of each character sitting on a bench in the park. All this is to be released within a few months.
