During the lesson

At the end of each lesson
· Tidy away quickly and quietly when told
· Tidy away chairs
· Stand quietly until the teacher dismisses you.
· Leave the room in an orderly fashion.

And please remember:
· Re well mannered at all times

COMING TO SCHOOL AND GOING HOME
You and the school are judged partly by how the public sees you behaving, so please: Behave politely and sensibly, whether you’re on a bus, walking or travelling by car. If you come by car please make sure you’re ‘dropped off’ outside school grounds Arrive on time.
And remember:
If you’ve been away from school make sure you bring a note for your form tutor as soon as you come back.

INSIDE THE SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND AROUND SCHOOL
Please consider other people as you move around school, so:
Always walk and use only the paths.
Only play ball games outside the fence and don’t climb on it.
In snowy weather only snowball outside the fence well away from the Gym.
Common Rooms
If you have a common room. please use it sensibly and leave it clean and tidy ready for a lesson
We all have a duty to keep our school clean and tidy, so please use the litter bins. Eating and drinking are only allowed at morning break and lunchtime in the rooms set aside for this
The only drugs allowed in school are those brought for medical reasons. Alcoholic drinks aren’t allowed.

DANGEROUS AND UNPLEASANT BEHAVIOUR
We won’t accept behaviour, which could:
a) harm you or other people, such as smoking, throwing stones and fighting. Dangerous things like knives, airguns and laser pens should be left at home If they are not, you will be punished.
b) cause offence, such as swearing, spitting and touching other people’s property without permission.
Offensive behaviour towards neople of a different colour, culture, gender or religion is wrong and will pet you into trouble.
