Any of the following will usually result in your being sent to the Supervision Room and reported to a Head of Faculty or to your Head of Year and possible a Deputy Head teacher. (a) to (h) will probably result in exclusion.
a) swearing at a member of staff.
b) assaulting or threatening a member of staff
c) violence or bullying against other pupils
d) damage to property
e) theft
f) racism
g) refusing to do what a member of staff tells you
h) setting off the fire alarm when there is no fire
i) leaving a lesson without permission
j) causing danger to another person’s health or safety
k) disrupting a lesson so that other people can’t do their work
If you don’t leave the lesson when a teacher tells you to, a senior member of staff will be sent for.

LUNCHTIME
You are allowed to:
a) Go out of school but only if you’ve brought a note from your parents. You’ll be given a lunch pass by your Head of Year
or
b) Bring a packed lunch and eat it in the sandwich rooms
OR
c) Have a school lunch in your Years dining room

WHEN YOU’VE DONE WRONG
If you do something wrong you’ll be punished. The punishment will depend on what you’ve done. You may be:
a) told to sit in a particular place in the classroom
b) given advice, counseling or a telling off
c) told to make a spoken or written apology
d) given extra work to be done at school or at home
e) given break, lunchtime or after school detention (up to one hour) O told to report to the Supervision Room
f) placed on Faculty Report
g) placed on General Report to Head of Year, Deputy Head of Year or Deputy Headteacher
h) taken out of some or all lessons for a period of time and supervised elsewhere in the school
i) brought to the attention of the Schools Governors. They may also ask to see you and your parents/guardians.
j) excluded from school This may be for a number of days or, in a very serious cases, for ever. This means you will not be allowed to return to Tupton Hall School.


There are also some set” punishments.
