The Layout
Holy shit, big improvement from last time. Okay i have to admit i never really worked with this many filters and layers before but it all turned out fine. Poor tom has so many transparent greenish boxes over lapping his pretty face! Joke no really. I couldn't have it any other way or else it would ruin everything. But at least it's a decent layout and i improved of some level. Gotta hand it to me right?
The Layout features Tom as Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter film series. ^__^ lovin those quotes (many of them are Draco quotes and NOT Tom quotes just for the record) Anyway press F11 for a better view.

Why the Fuck a SHRINE?
The question puzzles myself. I never liked fansites taking the name of 'shrines' and stuff because it sounded so queer. So here i am with the name Tom Felton Shrine. Isn't that great? Well the name WILL change...eventually so yeah.
I've been lovin' Tom Felton for a total of over three years now so i guess i'm devoted enough as it is without making a fansite...so why not make a fansite? I probably know enough about the kid anyway. OH YES, and please, don't bother because i have no contact information towards tom felton nor hesitate to provide any! I find it terrible that his email was given out to all those crazed fans. He probably never goes on a computer in the first place so just stick to youself! Or at least pay the money to travel to Europe and stalk him the good 'ol fashioned way! *folds arms*

Meh. I actually thought this was a GOOD layout at the time...It's ugly and means nothing to me now XD So you can probably guess WHY i made a new layout...
