NEW MANTRAS
Here are a few more focal points for your meditation. The first one
for this lesson is "Focus". This will help you focus on anything you
might need to. The second one is "Calm" to calm your mind and spirit(
almost the same thing as Relax). And the third one is "Peace".
Use these and get comfortable with them before you move on to the
next lesson.

Step 2:
SENSITIZING YOUR HANDS
This one is really interesting and fun to mess around with. First,
you need something coarse or something that has a rough surface. Make
sure it is small enough to fit inside your palm. It is said that you
should use a quartz crystal for this but you can get the same effect
from using your fingernails. Now, Place your dominant hand out in
front of you and palm up. Take your other hand place the object or
your fingertips verticaly on the palm of the dominant hand. Rotate
the object or fingertips in a clockwise motion for no less than one
minute. After you finish with that your hand should be sensitized.
Now put your sensitized hand near an object like a fingertip of your
other hand. Feel something? move that object around. The sensation
moves with the object, right? I told you this was interesting. try
putting your hand close to as many objects as you want, see which ones
give off more of a sensation. The distance from your hand to the
object can be anywhere from less than an inch to a couple feet away.
Living objects like plants will have a much greater effect than
something metal or plastic. Your hands should stay sensitized for the
remainder of the day and if you keep doind this on a regular basis
you will see that it lasts longer the more you do it. Practice this
for a while and try to get use to it and then move on.
