Level 3
Step 1:
LOW LEVEL ENERGY MANIPULATION
There are two parts to this step which require a great deal of focus
, discipline, and control. You should practice this step for more
than the usual couple weeks. This should be practiced for almost two
months(maybe a month if you are a fast learner).
Also for this entire lesson you should use your psychic shield and
you should center and ground yourself. Your hands should be very
sensitized at this point.
Part A:
Hold both hands out in front of you with the palms facing each
other about 6 to 8 inches apart. Imagine your energy flowing out of
one hand and into the other, up the arm, the shoulder, the other
shoulder, down your other arm, and out of the hand again making a
circle. Don't lose control of the energy. Try controling the speed of
the energy flow. Feel it moving through you, corresponding with the
speed. The color of the energy can be any color; usually it is your
jedi color(just like the shield). Practice this for no more
than 10 minutes per day. On a rare occasion you might notice that you
are glowing. If not it's okay, you don't have to see it in order for
this to work. If you see smoke coming from you fingertips don't worry,
it's one effect of using the energy. And I was warned to not
continue the excercise for more than five minutes after you see the
smoke. After you have done this for about two weeks you can
move on to part B.
Part B:
Now that you have great control over the flow of the energy you can
learn to do a little more with it. First, put up the shield, ground
yourself, and center yourself. Now, meditate on "Focus", "Calm", and
"Peace". Imagine a ball forming in your hand, make your color. Good,
now you can make this ball do a number of things. You can use it to
strengthen your psychic shield. To do this throw the ball or imagine
the ball floating to a wall of your shield. Watch it come in contact
with the wall and add itself to the shield. Do this as much as you
want to. You can also do this with the walls of your room.
Three-Fold Law:
Anything you inflict on another person will come back three-fold (
three times as great).
Do this excercise for about three months(I know it's a long time
but it will give you the practice you need for future steps).
Achievement: Skill Level 4

Step 2:
AWARENESS
It is very important to be aware of persons or dangers in your
surrounding area. With this excercise you will eventually be able to
detect movement of people and objects as well as thier intent. First,
choose a place to sit; it doesn't matter where, it can be almost
anywhere. You may not sense anything the first couple times but if
you practice enough you will know all of your surroundings.
Now, beginers should do this with thier eyes closed. Try to imagine
your surroundings, see everything around you in all directions(
bird's-eye-view). Then imagine a bubble, which looks like your
shield, surrounding you. Try to sense when something or someone
enters your bubble. Try to determine the distance between you and the
person/object. You should also be listening for anything. You can make
the bubble any size you think you might need to. once you have learned
to feel when someone or something has entered your bubble you can
try to determine the intent of the person; that is if it is a person.
You don't have to use a bubble you can use several smaller fields
making it easier to determine the distance. Use whatever you need to
depending on the situation.
Achievement: Skill Level 5

Step 3:
FLOWING WITH THE FORCE
This is a very large step in the learning process. It can take a
number of years to learn this. It requires the most practice,
discipline, and dedication of all the steps you are taking. You must
ask the force to flow through you, to teach you what you need to know.
The force will move you and you can direct it. It will not take over
your mind.
For the first few times you should ground and center yourself. Stand
in a room where your arms can stretch out completely in all
directions. If you need to you can close your eyes. Now, let your arms
hang limp at your sides. In your head, ask the force to guide you.
At first you might experience nothing but, as you should know by now,
it's no big deal; keep trying. You might find yourself moving only
slightly or you might start doing Karate or martial arts movements(
these movements will be slow most likely). Let the force flow
and guide you through the movements. When you get tired or just want
to stop you should let the force know by telling it in your head that
you wish to stop. When you feel comfortable with this exercise you
may move on to the next step.
Achievement: Skill Level 6-7
(depending on your fluency)

Step 4:
MARTIAL ARTS OF THE FORCE
This style of martial arts is like a mixture of a few different
styles: Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Karate. First, you should stand
like you did in the last exercise or you may take any stance you wish
to. Now, ask the force to teach you to defend yourself, ask it to
teach you the 'Force Style Martial Arts'. You could also ask it to
teach you other styles as well. The force will flow through you and
take you through a few defensive and offensive techniques. The
movements should be slow unless the force wants you to move fast. You
find yourself going through the same technique over and over until
the force knows that you have learned that technique. At first the
lessons might be as short as 30 seconds but it all depends on your
ability to complete the drills. When the force has finished with the
lesson it will usually take you into a praying form with the palms
of your hands together in front of you. As of now I am pretty good
with a bowstaff(I would probably be good with a lightlance).

When the force has taught you the necessary lessons you will
probably start drawing a blank or you will be taken through some older
lessons you have already completed. When you have achieved the
desired skills you may move on to the next level.
