Level 4
Step 1:
TELEPATHIC STRENGTHENING
Now it's time to work on your ESP(Extra Sensory Power). If
you practice this long enough you may be able to read people's minds.
You can do this with a deck of flash cards or just a deck of regular
playing cards. shuffle the deck really good, place them in front of
you face down, and touch the top card. Try to see what that card is.
Concentrate only on the card; close your eyes if you must. Now, ask
the force to send you an image of the top card. Once you get the
image you may pick up the card and see if you saw the right one. If
not, pick up the next one and see if that was it. Don't go any
further than the second card. Try to see what the next one is. It
could take a little while to get an image but be patient. Practice
this for about one month then you can move on.

Step 2:
TELEKENETIC TRAINING
Telekenesis: The ability to move objects with sheer will of the
mind.
This will be the final stage of your training. In order to do this
you will need to meditate on "Focus" and "Harmonize". You may also
need to ground and center yourself(maybe just the first couple
times but not every time). Remember when you were feeling the
energy flow through your arms and shoulders? Well, now you have to do
it again but this time you have to direct the flow of energy to a
point other than your other hand. Direct the energy towards an object
you wish to move. Now imagine the energy covering the entire object.
Reach out with the force and grab the object. Now you can start to
pull the energy back in through your hand and arm until the object has
reached your hand. At first the object might just shake a little but
as you know, with practice comes perfection. Start out with some kind
of small object then work your way up.

The moving of yourself and pushing away of objects is a little
different. For that extra boost in your jump you can try this.
First, I would like to give you yet another mantra: "Weightless".
Meditate on this for a minute, try to actually believe you are
weightless. Now, make an energy ball and have it surround you. When
you jump imagine that energy ball is like a balloon carrying you
higher and higher. Don't do this unless there is a platform you plan
on landing on or else your going to get hurt when you come back down
to where you jumped from.
Now, for the pushing away of objects you should create another
energy ball. Ground yourself for this one. If you want to push away
everything around you in all directions you will make the energy ball
expand and not let anything enter it; this wall is completely solid.
If you want to push away only a certain object or person you should
do the following:
Ground yourself, create an energy ball, move that energy ball out
in front of you, make it form into a single, solid wall, and push it
towards the object or person as hard as you can.
Now don't go pushing people into walls or down stairs for no reason.
only use these techniques for self defense. Remember the
Three-Fold-Law.

have a few things to learn of the living force, There is nothing
more I can teach you.
