Copy files to cd by microsoft
Windows xp has a cdburn program built in.
Your PC must have a CD burner hardware to
utilize this program.
Just cut and paste into the CD folder
and click
"Write these files to CD" on the
top left of corner of the cd folder
windows.

will build up fragmented files. This will
slow down the rate at which the CPU
access the files.
To run this program,
Go to
Start - All Programs - Accessories
- System Tools - Disk Defragmenter.
Depending on the condition of your
files, the process make take up to
several hours to complete. Probably
run it overnight will be a good idea.
