Ranish Partition Manager
As the name goes, this program is written by Ranish
Mikhail, and it is offered as freeware.
It is a powerful harddisk partitioning tool. 
Run in Dos it can create, resize,delete,  
copy and install various file system.
It can also serve as a boot manager,
booting different systems from different partition.
Limitation
> 128 GiB disk support but only upto 1.99 TiB - UNTESTED
(GiB & TiB refer to the SI notation of "binary Gigabytes" 
& "binary Terabytes" respectively. 
1 binary Gigabyte (GiB) is same as
1 x 1024 x 1024 x 1024 bytes whereas 
1 Gigabyte is 1,000,000,000 bytes.
The advantage of this partition manager
is that you can better control the Master Boot
Record down to the cylinders and head configuration.
