Does McDonald's really think they're speeding up service with the double-drive thrus they've implemented at a number of restaurants? Only thing I see happening is an increase in the number of unnecessary fender benders.

Why is gas so damn high? I'm gonna start pimping out my employees at work to make up the difference in what I pay in gas now and what I paid 11 months ago.

Yes I've been working for 11 months. I'm not quite sure how I've made it either.

Speaking of work and my female employees, I figured I'd share this. It's from one of those email/friend quizzes Amanda (QA Supervisor from Auburn) and I were doing. Here's what a snipped of what she said about my "talents"

If you're reading this you should use FireFox AND Internet Explorer. Why? Because as much as I love FireFox, I haven't figured out how to make the embedded mp3s play in it. Maybe because I still make this webpage using old ass Microsoft Publisher 2000 software. As a result, the mp3s only play in Internet Explorer. Unless there's some firefox extension I just don't know about.

I know I was adamantly and explicitly against joining Facebook. I talked shit about it. Well ya know what, I was wrong. I'll admit it. Facebook is cool. It's fun. It's addictive. But I still refuse to put the words "Facebook Me!" in my profile. That just sounds like I'm inviting some 300 lb guy over to blow his load in my face. I'm sorry, bukkake ain't my thing.

If I didn't have a job I'd watch fuse all day long. Great stuff on that channel.

Napoleon Dynamite is funny. But it's not THAT funny. I think its because I'm not in college anymore and I don't hear people quote lines from it 24/7 that I'm missing some of the humor. Great soundtrack tho. Alphaville's "Forever Young" is in the movie. Flippin' sweet.

If I had to rank Internet Video Fads, I'd rank them as so:

5) WAZZZUP - A classic that's most likely been forgotten by most. Even so, Budweiser's best marketing execs didn't know the pop culture fad they were about to unleash upon America. True…True…

4) Numa Numa - As much as I'd LOVE to rank this one higher, I can't for multiple reasons. One, the guy knew what he was doing. Two, I found out about it on the Today Show from Katie Couric. Katie Couric is Satan. That alone lost it cool points. Third, it's way too recent. We'll see how it ages over time. Props to this guy for picking some random ass Norwegian band for the song tho.

3) YATTA! - Damn I listened to this song a lot during sophomore year of college. If it wasn't so soon after the #2 choice, I'd rank it higher. But since its an "also-ran" I can't do that. The best thing about the YATTA! Video is the fact that the original source material MADE NO DAMN SENSE either. It was almost like getting two stupid things for the price of one.

2) All Your Base - What you say?! All Your Base no Number 1? The EAP is on the way to destruction. We have no chance to survive, make our time. Damn near perfect and would have been the number 1 choice if it wasn't for some fat Canadian kid…

1) Star Wars Kid - This still makes me crack up to this day. I don't know which was better, the fact that this kid looked like a jackass and his friends thought it'd be funny to put on the internet w/o him knowing…or just how creative the internet got once they got their hands on it. Every video editing and photoshop junkie came out of the woodwork with this one and produced numerous remixes. Some brilliant, some so-so, but damn if all of them weren't funny.
