Seasonal Maintenance

We offer seasonal maintenance to maintain a debris free roof all year.

This process involves blowing the roof off with air and removing all loose debris
from the surface and key ways of the shakes and/or composition.

Gutters are hand cleaned and checked for proper flow. Spot treatment on all areas of
the roof that get shade and were downspouts meet the roof surface.

We also provide up to 12 shakes on cedar roofs for repairs where needed.

In doing yearly maintenance you shouldn't have to wash your roof in the future.
