Faintly amusing anecdote..
After the seminar a group of people surrounded Marco and asked for their photos to be taken with him. By the time I had gotten to him he was evidently getting bored with the mandatory 'shaking hands and grinning' pose and decided that I should get an action shot of the man Ruas kicking my arse. Well, he didn't give me much choice about who was going to be positioned where in this photo and promtly dropped me. So I'm being crushed under lbs of world class no-holds barred fighting champion and I'm pathetically attempting to smile for the camera. Now I didn't know which particular holddown marco was performing all I knew was that my arms were tied in a knot somewhere behind my back but I suddenly realised that I could actually move one of my arms a little and decided that I'd give the big man Marco a little tap on the noggin for the benefit of the camera. Well, I don't think I've ever been is as much pain since..he must have tied me in a bow because I remember hearing sombody screaming like a little girl and then realising it was me.
