Deposite
A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation.Booking will automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by Trans Pacific Express, Inc.within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation.
Final Payments
Final payment of the total tour fare is due 35 days prior to your departure date. If your payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be subject to cancellation and deposit will be forfeited.

* Plus revision fee of USD/CAD30.00 for any changes in air and/or land arrangements after the reservation is confirmed. Nochanges are permitted once the air tickets are issued.

**Plus any charges assessed by airlines, land suppliers and cruise companies in addition to the above charges.

T.P.E. Inc must receive written notice of cancellation either by mail or by fax, oral cancellations by phone will not be acceptable..

You will be responsibale for the additional cost involved, if your cancellation should affect your travel companion, or the person who has been asigned to share room with you.

Insurance

we strongly recommended and advise that all tour members should have trip cancellation, medical/hospotal and baggage insurance.

Changes in itineraries

In the event of unusual circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, mechanical probelms or other problems beyond the control of T.P.E. Inc and their agents, there can be changes to the itineraries. This is within the discretion of our local representatives. We reserve the right to cancel a tour or modify arrangements you have purchased if, in our opinion, this becomes necessary. In the event of a cancellation, our liability will be limited to the purchase price of tour, and we shall not be liable for any claims, losses and damages of any kind whatsoever, by reason of our modification to or cancellation of the travel arrangements. We do not assume responsibility for any claims resulting from substitution of services from suppliers.

Baggage

Porterage for one suitcase on tour is included in the tour price. This single bag should have the weight not exceeding 20 kg. No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the passenger's belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended.

Tour cost includes

1. All meals, sightseeing, economy class round trip air tickets and items as specified in the itineraries.

2. Hotel accommodations are based on double occupancy sharing for 2 adults.

3. Single room supplement surcharge must be applied.

Not included on the tour price

Airpost taxes, passports, Visas, Vaccinations, tips to the tour director, local guides, and drivers, gratuities on cruise ships, laundry, beverages and food not detailed on the itineraries, optional excursions, poterage at North American airpoets, all other items of a personal nature.

Travel documents/Visa

Please make sure that your travel documents (Passport) is valid for at least 6 months or longer upon the arrival date. Visa is required for China. It is the ultimate responsibility of the passenger to have proper travel documents.
