Caitlynn is the head of the Vehicular Crime Task Force in Indianapolis. Although all vehicular crime falls under her jurisdiction, she is primarily charged with stopping the rival gangs Vintage and La Dominatrice from running rampant. The Vehicular Crime Task Force, or VCTF, is primarily a dumping ground for misfit cops, including Caitlynn herself. If the VCTF fails, Indy police get to clean house, but Caitlynn and her team won't let that happen.
