Notes:
This release is compiled using the best available tapes, but it is pointed
out that on disc three from the end of track 4 to the conclusion of track 9
have been taken from an inferior source tape (though it is likely to be the
only recording of this section of the show). Please also note that the edit
on track 7 on disc 3 is also inherent on the source tape.
