Hiragana: Wa Wo and N'
These last two rows are really short. The W row is only two characters. "Wi" and "we" used to have characters before World War 2, but they were lost when kana spelling was standardized. "Wu" never existed. "Wo" has only one use in Japanese. The postposition "o" is actually spelled out with this kana and is pronounced like "o" and not "wo."

Lastly is the character N`. This is usually on a row on its own, because this character is not considered a consonant or a vowel. It is actually in between. It's pronounciation is explained in the Basic Sounds lesson. This kana will only appear after another kana.
