Commentary 3/15/07 - Freddy Garcia/Jody Gerut for 11 players and 2 million... wow, definitely sounds impressive but this is definitely the whole quantity over quality. The best use most of the players in the trade were for trade bait later (Molina, Narveson, Haynes, Hanson), Rincon has been the one player in the trade that stuck with my team, and Hall at least has been on the roster numerous times as a backup. Gall has already been cut, and Escobar and Ankiel I doubt will amount to too much... and whatever happened to the July 2005 pick? |
