One more thing- Try to tour Puri at the time of full moon. Then only you can enjoy the devil shape of the sea. The currents will horrify you. You can also enjoy the biggest moon of the year in the month of Sept. In this month you can enjoy :

>less crowed & cheap price [ as off season ]
You can enjoy the fishing as well as the daily work of fishermen [only in the early morning hours ]. Just walk down from Swargadwar to the west [ appx. 1km ]. Also keep in touch about the timings of high tide & low tide. Cause at the time of low tide [ full moon Sept. ] the sea opens up a 7 to 8 Km long sandy beaches at noon. Catch the beauty of that.
Nothing is required to mention about the temple of Jagannatha [ lord Krishna ]. Its quite well Known & famous.
