- Scrub your body once in a week to remove all the dead skin and reveal your beautiful soft skin. You can use the different Scrubs you get in the body shops!
- Scrubbing lemon on knees and elbows will remove the blackness. Don't forget to apply Vaseline after this treatment!
- Apply hair oil 3 times in a week for only half hour before your shower to have beautiful and well - nourished healthy hair!
- Apply yogurt before a shower to remove blemishes and to even skin out!
- Use Johnson's baby oil after your shower for a baby soft skin!
- Apply olive oil on your cracked heels every night and wear socks on them to lock them in and you will have a new pair of feet in only a week's time.
- Do not take hot showers, as it will only dry your skin more. Warm showers are very soothing as well as refreshing!
- Instead of heavy dinners before going to bed, eat yogurt.
- Apply Castor oil on your nails in the nights to make them stronger.
- Don't know what color lipstick to wear? Try out a lip - gloss matching your lip color. Trust me, it's better than any lipstick and plus its very trendy!
- Exercising (jogging, walking, cycling, swimming or even fast dancing) for an hour 5-6 times a week will purify your skin and increase your blood circulation making your skin look fresher.
