Get your own Free Home Page2. Getting Yuffie Kisaragi-Roam around any forest, and you should encounter Yuffie. If you defeat her, you'll go to a small map w/ a save point. DON'T GO TO THE SAVE POINT! Just walk over to her and you'll start a long dialogue. Never lose sight of her! She will take some gil and run away! When she says her first line, answer:Not Interested 2nd-......petrified 3rd-Wait a second! 4th-......That's right 5th-......Let's hurry on. You've done it! Yuffie has joined the team!
3. Getting the Cursed Ring-When in Mideel, find the locked door. Walk around the corner, and a board will squeak. Examine the squeaky board, and you will find a key. Go back to the door, and answer the man's question truthfully, and the Cursed Ring is yours!
4. Getting Alexander Materia-To get these powerful materia, you have to be ready to snowboard at Icicle Inn. When there are forks in the road, always go right. When you land, go northeast. When you can choose your direction again, go northeast. You'll pass through 2 screens. When you exit those screens, cross the small path. On both sides of you will be the hot springs. Go down to them and dip your hands in it. Continue the path from the hot springs until you get to the blizzard area. Once there, head north for about 5 seconds, then head east until you exit the blizzard area. From there, head east for 3 screens and once east is no longer a possibility, choose south. You'll see a path that heads north w/ a cave at the top. Go into the cave and you'll talk to a witch named Snow. She doesn't like it that you touched the hot spring so she will fight you. Don't worry though, she's VERY easy, plus you get a pre-emptive attack! Just watch out for her Fascination attack. When you defeat her, she will give you Alexander.
5. Unlimited Items-Having trouble w/ beating those magic pots in the Final Dungeon? Don't have enough elixirs? Then this is the section for you! To get 99 of one item, make sure you have 2 of the item, you have the W-Item materia equipped, and the item can be used in battle. Then, go into battle,(preferrably before you enter the Final Dungeon)and select W-Item. Go to the item you want to duplicate, select it, and use it on someone. Then go to a different item, select it, but then press X. When you go back to the item screen, you should have one more of the first item. Just keep pressing X,O,X,O,X,O until you have 99 of the first item! Then just use any item on someone to exit the screen.
6. Unlimited Ribbons-Want some more ribbons? I'm sure you do. Okay then, follow these instructions. Go into the Final Dungeon w/ Yuffie in your party. Equip her with her ultimate weapon, the Conformer, and a materia combo of Sneak Attack linked to Morph. Then choose the left path in the Final Dungeon. When you have another choice of direction, go up. You'll enter a swamp area. Every few battles you'll encounter a guy w/ a star over his head, the Master Tonberry. I would suggest you use Stop on him if Yuffie's sneak attack doesn't work, for he has two attacks. The Everyone's Grudge which can do up to 9999 damage and the Knife which instantly kills a character. Just keep morphing them until you have as many ribbons as you want!
7. Unlimited Tetra-Elementals-I'm sure you want some more of these bad-boy accessories too, right? Good. Get in the Highwind and go to an island south of Cosmo Canyon. It is half-grass, half-desert. Land the Highwind on the grass, then go into the desert part. You'll fight a cactus-like creature.(Remember these guys from FF3?)Use the Yuffie Sneak Attack linked to Morph trick on her ultimate weapon, the Conformer, and morph them to death. Now that's a useful trick!
8. Unlimited Sources-Want a boost of stats? Good. Some people take these items for granted, but actually, they're some of the best items in the game. To get them, once again give Yuffie her Sneak Attack linked to Morph on her ultimate weapon,the Conformer, then get in the submarine and go to the Downed Shinra Plane(Gelnika). Anywhere in the plane, there will be enemies. All of them are morphed into sources, so morph all of them! These items are very useful!
9. Turtle's Paradise Flyers-There are 6 of these hidden around the world. The bar's owner is giving a prize to the first person to find them all. Here are their locations: 1st-Midgar(Look in the house on the east side of the Sector 5 Slums) 2nd-Shinra HQ(1st floor, right side) 3rd-Gold Saucer(Ghost Hotel) 4th-Cosmo Canyon(Weapon Shop) 5th-Cosmo Canyon(Inn) and the 6th-Wutai(Yuffie's Hideout) When you find them all and read them, go to the Turtle's Paradise bar in Wutai and talk to one of the guys behind the counter(the owner). He will give you a Power Source, Guard Source, Magic Source, Mind Source, Speed Source, Luck Source, and a Megalixir.
10. Getting All 7 Fever-Want all 7 fever? You've come to the right place. When used up against Emerald WEAPON, this can do about 500,000 points of damage. Pretty sweet, huh? There are many ways to get it. 1-Get someone's HP below 7777, and make the last 2 digits of their HP 77. Then just heal them w/ Potions and Hi-Potions until their HP is 7777. You should have a few Hi-Potions w/ you, if not, use the item dupe trick that I mentioned earlier on this page. If you're fresh out of Potions, they can be purchased in Kalm for 50 gil a pop. 2-This way is very simple, but has to be done later in the game. Get a character's HP to 9999(you can use HP Plus Materia) and then equip them with a materia that lowers their HP by 10%. It's now altered to be exactly 7777! Now if you keep them fully healed, every battle will usually end before the enemy has a chance to attack! Cool, huh?
11. Getting Chocobuckle-This is one of the most difficult Enemy Skills to get. First, buy 3 Mimett Greens at the Chocobo Ranch, then get in a battle w/ a chocobo involved in it. Sense the chocobo, and if his level is a multiple of 4, feed him the 3 greens, then hit him with Level 4 Suicide. He'll then counter w/ Chocobuckle. Great!
