blurb: yay, it's the holidays and i'm in a merry mood. teehee. (^.-) well, this is all mainly because i got off work early today (an hour early! yay!), and tomorrow there's no work for me. ::does happy dance::
anyways, i was look through some artist's sites and thought, "hey, maybe i can draw just because i wanna." so basically i thought some scene that might inspire me and a Pre-Raphaelite painting came to mind, "My Sweet Rose," by John William Waterhouse. well, it didn't come to mind in all that detail. it was more along the lines of, "damn, i wanna do a character smelling a rose like in that painting. with the girl. and the wall. and that rose!" that's my thought-process folks. (^.^)'''
so this is the result, and *man* maybe i should be a great mood more often instead of all broody-like. it worked for the "Moulin Rouge" pic. i guess i just really have to relax and let it flow. (^-^)
oh and, i'm counting the days 'til i get to see LOTR: Two Towers this friday, and maybe Gangs of New York. yay!
