blurb: it's friday night and i've been lounging around all day doing absolutely *nothing*! how sweet is that? ;p now it's "Friday Night 80s" on a local radio station, and i'm actually in the mood to blog. (0.o)
wow, since the last entry i think i've added *2* doodle galleries, yay! and have been doing nothing but drawing my little heart out. that, and staying up late big time. yup folks, i'm a night owl. i think i'm sproutin' feathers. (^.^)'''
i've also NOT seen "Gangs of New York" since my LOTR excursion, grrr, but that will soon be rectified seeing as some friends agreed to come-with this coming week for some turn-of-the-century Scorsese goodness. yay! oh and i've seen "Lion King" in IMAX, so that'll help me hold out until my trip to see "Gangs."
small note: "Aladdin" is coming to IMAX this year!! ::does happy dance:: i cheered a bit too loudly during the preview. ::blushes::
you know, i don't think i dread the Big Evil starting next week. you know, that 'S' word. the thing that makes all students quell in their well-worn sneakers. anyways, i'm pretty happy about my courses; mostly writing & reading w/ *one* math course (Quant. Business Tools I). so hopefully me goofing off with my drawing over the break won't affect my talent for BS-ing my way outta the hardest essay assignments. ;p
i've been working my butt off for some extra cash to cover books, everyday expenses, and any emergencies that my come my way this coming semester. man, but even *i* can only take so much crap from customers. they're just so f***in' stupid! there was this one guy, there was a huge billboard behind me with upcoming new releases do to be out in the next few weeks, and he kept asking me for a flyer, to which i was repeatedly saying, "no sir, we don't have any flyers. there's a billboard right *above* your head," and i POINTED. but he kept looking around the counters for a flyer! what. a. dumb-ASS. ugh. ::takes calming breath:: just see "Clerks," and you'll know what i'm talking about.
i dunno when the next blog will be. maybe after my first week of going to the Big Evil, so i can recount my exploits 'n such. until then, keep a look out for some more doodles. my, much shorter, pencil still seems to be possessed. (^.-)*
