blurb: stuff has indeed happened since the last post. a neat-o new sony trinitron flat-screen for the living room, that's a plus. oh, and the fun that ensued that night with hooking everything up like it was. you try hooking up a stereo, reciever, three game systems, VCR, DVD player, five disc changer, casette deck, and yes, a record player. fun, fun, fun. ;p
throughout all this fun, my mom wasn't having such a blast. abdominal pains reared their ugly little heads and a trip to the emergency room last night was in order. from 6:45 pm (after i got out from work at 5) to 1:15 am, all this and no real diagnosis that told us what exactly was going on. at least the pain's gone now, and hopefully it'll stay gone. i feel helpless when this stuff happens, so i try my best not to be useless.
off to work again at 4 pm today 'till close, maybe. it's raining out, and no doubt the customers will be beating down the doors for movies to watch. yipee. happy dreary fourth of July for me, but the only think i would change is being at work. my mom feels better, my sister's not feeling bratty, and i'm relaxed. all-in-all, pretty good stuff so far.
