school and work. sounds like a catch-phrase from one of those "If you don't get help from us, get help somewhere" commercials. ick.
but hey, brighter side: i saw Spirited Away yesterday night. one word: awesome. watching that movie is like fumbling along with the main char, not knowing what to expect for the next two hours. there's just no other movie like it. Spirited Away is from the creator of Mononoke Hime (Princess Mononoke), for those of you who are clueless. go and catch this. it's in select theaters so consider yourself lucky if you can get to a showing. ;p overall: great review! =D
another cause for much rejoicing: i got to sleep in! i *never* get to do that! it was so refreshing, and to think i'd almost forgotten what it felt like to wake up at about 1pm. ;p i'm also taking some time out for myself, not that i really have any, mind you, but it's magic when i can make myself feel like i do.
there's another page added to the ol' doodle gallery. glad to know going to class is good for something. >;p i'm responsible, really! just plagued by my short attention span, which make my fingers *itch* to draw. bad me. no krispy kreme. ;p you can also tell when it happens 'cause i pointedly put my pencil/pen down and clasp my hands together. it's sad, really.
thoughts on halloween: possibility for a cute fairy maiden costume. i'm thinking of recycling a lavender, empire-waist dress from a quince-aņero (sweet 15--like a sweet 16 but with a ceremony like a wedding). just add wings, glitter, plop a hand-made wreath on my head, a sparkly wand in my hands, and call me Galadriel's distant cousin, Gale. ;p i'll see how it goes. dunno if i'll make the costume party, though... but hey, it's a definite change from the last two years. (^.^);;;
note: just so the placement doesn't seem *way* off, i stuck a pick of my costume last saturday above. just thought i'd wanna have the continuity. (^-^)
