| July 8th 2001 We had a BLAST today at Wonderland. Austin, Ryan and Warren rode the Go-karts. Austin played Mini golf with Anthony. Ryan climbed and slid down a cool slide several times. It was wild in that place! They also rode some rides and played video games. We will definately be going back there, now that we know where it is. Warren and I were talking today. I think we might be trying to go to Oregon in August. At the end of the month. I have to find out when mom and dad are going to Ontario, so we can get there and leave before they have to go. I'd like the kids to be able to see Gramma and Papa before school starts in September. Also, I am going to try and drag mom to the outlet stores in Woodburn so we can shop till we drop for clothes for the boys. Warren also said he was going to go up with Jason and Jason's boys and take Austin, riding in the "dunes" with their quads. So we'll have to plan to be there 4 or 5 days. I hope we can work it out. I'd hate to not be able to go back until Christmas. We'll see. Oh, I know mom and dad are also going to Maine next month. I need to get the exact dates AGAIN. I think they're leaving the 7th and staying 9 days? hmm, I need to email I think. 3 more days until Brian gets here. We are so excited! Austin is getting excited too. He hasn't seen Uncle Brian since he was 2, and getting to know him again will be great. It will also be a great thing for Warren, to have his family around too. I think he's getting a crappy deal with his mom and step dad. His mom doesn't even try and his step dad seems to be flakey sometimes, and disappoints Warren a lot. Which I hate. I understand Martin has to work and all that, but when he says he'll be here and then the day we're expecting him, calls and says he won't be here, it's disappointing. I adore Martin, don't get me wrong. I just think it hurts Warren. Warren's real dad in Florida is super busy as well. I know he'll come up when he can. Hopefully that will be soon. We miss all of them too. A LOT. I think it would be good for Warren too. The rest of my family will be here on Friday. I'm not sure when to expect everyone. But that's ok. It isn't like we're going anywhere! =c) I'm excited to have everyone here. It's a nice change. Not having to drive the distance and haul all the gifts back after the big birthday. I got the pictures back today, from the Slip n slide. I'll be scanning and posting those tomorrow *evil laughter* Warren will love me hahaha. There are also some great ones of the kids. Well that's it, I need to go clean my kitchen and then go take some video of Warren jumping his quad and then steal Austin's when he goes to bed and ride with Warren =cD "say Good night Gracie", "Good Night Gracie" |
