CAMPSITES: 51 campsites with capacity of 8 people per site. GROUP CAMPSITES: Primitive camping available to registered backpackers. CABINS: 6 fully furnished cabins available with capacity of 8 people each. FIRES: Ground fires not permitted. FIREWOOD: Available for cabins only. ACTIVITIES: Nature trails, picnicking, canoeing, swimming in spring, boating, and fishing. AMENITIES: Restrooms, showers, drinking water, picnic tables, boat ramp, convenience store nearby. ACCESSIBILITY: All vehicles. RESTRICTIONS: 1 vehicle per campsite free, no motorboats upstream. DIRECTIONS: Take I-4 to Orange City (exit 54), then south on U.S. 17 for 4 miles, then west 2 miles on French Avenue to park. MISCELLANEOUS: Manatees are seen often from November through March. FEES: Entrance fee $3.25 for carload of up to 8 people. Campsite fee $15.26 without or $17.38 with electricity for up to 4 people, plus $1.00/extra person. Cabins $54.50 per night for 4 people plus $5.00/extra.
