The Villa

This is a newly built private villa set in a lovely area of Fuerteventura. It is built on one level, and has great views from the sun terrace on the roof. The villa is well furnished throughout with subtle lighting and every modern convenience that may be required. It comprises of a large double bedroom, an open plan lounge and kitchen, a bath/shower room, a large private walled garden a roof terrace and a front terrace with car parking space for 3 cars. All contained within security gates. 

The lounge is spacious and light with 2 double French windows a large sofa, a wide screen colour television and a dvd player. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, cooking utensils... even down to the candles! The villa also provides a vacuum cleaner, iron and board. 

The bathroom comprises of a bath, a great shower, bidet, sink and towels.

The bedroom is situated at the back of the property and has a double bed, wardrobe and bed linen provided

There is a large private walled garden with a patio and patio furniture, a barbeque area, a roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views, a great sun trap! and lots of parking space within security gates at the front of the property.
