Welcome! This site is dedicated to all who seeks
for the Truth about God Almighty and His Will for mankind. The objective
of this site is to inform all seekers of truth about the differences
between Christianity and Islam which are amongst the largest religions in
the world today. The articles
are apologetic in nature and quotations are taken from Noble Quran -
Pikthall and Yusuf Ali Translations, and Holy Bible - King James Version
(KJV).

What indeed
Jesus
said?
A Rebuttal to
What did Jesus Really Say?
We shall be attentive to the one who speaks with greater
authority and diligently obey His commandments. Who is He? Jesus is more
than a prophet of God Almighty. He came to earth for many roles such as a
prophet, messiah and saviour. In this article, I shall address Jesus as a
prophet which Muslims can accept this truth. As a prophet, Jesus was a
spokesman for God Almighty. If He was a spokesman for God Almighty, then
He must be speaking the truth and His credentials confirm His true
identity.
| Prophet Jesus who was with God
before the world exists, He said: |
| John 3:31 |
He that cometh from above is
above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh
of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is
above all. |
| John 17:3-5 |
And this is life eternal,
that they might know thee the only true God,
and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast
sent. |
|
I have glorified thee on the earth:
I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. |
|
And now, O Father, glorify thou me
with thine own self with the glory which
I had with thee before the world was. (KJV) |
|
|
| Allah said: |
|
| Sura 48:8-9 |
Lo! We have sent thee (O
Muhammad) as a witness, as a bearer of good tidings
and as a warner, that ye (mankind) may believe in Allah
and his messenger, and may honor Him, and may revere Him and
glorify Him at early dawn and close of the day. (Pikthall) |
|
|
| Sura
3:55 |
(And remember) when Allah
said: "O Jesus! Lo!
I am gathering thee and causing thee to ascend unto Me, and am
cleansing thee of those who disbelieve and am setting those who
follow thee above those who disbelieve
until the Day of Resurrection. Then unto Me ye will (all) return,
and I shall judge between you as to that wherein ye used to
differ." (Pikthall) |
| Sura
3:55 |
Behold! God said: "O
Jesus! I will take thee and raise thee to Myself and clear
thee (of the falsehoods) of those who blaspheme; I will make
those who follow thee superior to those
who reject faith, to the Day of Resurrection: Then shall ye all
return unto me, and I will judge between you of the matters wherein
ye dispute." (Yusuf Ali) |
From the above Bible and Quranic verses, we are told that
Quran confirms Jesus is greater than Muhammad and that those who follow
Jesus above those who disbelieve Him. Now listen carefully what indeed
Jesus say about Himself and the gospel He proclaims to the world.
Let us submit ourselves to the Mosaic law of the Torah as
a criteria for establishing the truth of the matter in question. “Come
now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: ... ” (Isaiah 1:18 KJV) “And if ye are in
doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to Our slave
(Muhammad), then produce a Sura or the like thereof, and call your
witnesses beside Allah if ye are truthful. (Sura 2:23 Pikthall)
In conformity with the Mosaic law, the testimony of 2 or 3
witnesses are suffice to establish every word (scripture verses) that is
in doubt. Moses says, “At the mouth of two witnesses, or three
witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at
the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death.” -- (Deuteronomy
17:6). Jesus says, “But if he will not hear thee, then take with
thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every
word may be established. “-- (Matthew 18:16). Nevertheless, if
the words of first witnesses have been rebutted by other witnesses with
stronger evidence, then we can determine whose words are trustworthy.
Prelude
The book titled " What Did Jesus Really Say?"
authored by Misha'al Ibn Abdullah Al-Kadhi, has been in
circulation far and wide. It contains most common Islamic arguments
against Christianity and the Bible. None other religion has been as badly
attacked by Muslim Apologists. All the misconceptions of the current
Islamic apologetics/ propaganda will be systematically rebutted by
answering his claims section by section. Al-Kadhi's book is over 600 pages
long. The book cover has fancy design (author remains anonymous)
like this
page on the website and is linked on literally hundreds of Islamic
web sites. Would
they link to Christian sites?
