Child Abuse takes many different forms other than sexual. I now will go into another shocking tale of how Australia is treating our most important citizens. This story is so sad and sickening that it brought more that a few tears to my eyes. The picture above is of one of my personal heroes, Scarlett Finney who was tragically born with Spina Bifida. I am quite familar with this due to the fact that one of my best friends in primary school suffered this and I grew up seeing the pain and torture he would have to endure which came not only from other children.

Back in 1997, Scarlett was told she had no right to join the Hills Grammar School because she is DISABLED. Even though she really wanted to go there she was not only refused but lied to by evil men. "I thought they would let me go," Scarlett told the commission. "I thought it was a very good school ... They wrote in a book that they do take children with disabilities..."
The school, which receives $974,000 a year in Federal and State funds, and charges fees of up to $9,200 a year, denies the discrimination charge. It argues, as allowed under the act, that it would face an "unjustifiable hardship" in providing Scarlett special services and facilities. I couldn't believe that these sad excuses for humans told this little angel that she would cause the school "unjustifiable hardship". That is so low that Hitler and Satan must be pleased and every other vile scum that ever lived. How the hell, how DARE they use those words! Don't you think she has to grow up with enough obstacles as it is?

Anyway it is that school which is going to lose out. They lost a little girl who has shown strong leadership and a strong heart. One day they will regret not taking her in when she goes on to greater challenges and conquers them. Please read the following two articles for more information

Disabled girl beats school ban

Their defence was that it would cost $1 million FILTHY dollars (hyped up to the max figures) to accomodate her over 13 years. Can you understand the logic of it all? Lets take on their HYPED out 1 million dollar over 13 year figure. They get nearly this amount EVERY YEAR from the government yet they wont spent one years funds for a 13 years fo schooling not only for Scarlett but for EVERY other disabled child that would come after her. The school must be a pack of closet nazis that hate handicapped people or maybe they are children of handicapped hater Authur Tunstill. The school, not satisfied that they hadn't crushed her spirit had the NERVE to appeal. I saw these sick men leave the court and you know what, as far as I know they NEVER ONCE said SORRY and probably never will.

She may have Spina Bifida, she may be disabled but let me tell you this.....
She is 100 times more human than the lot of you halflife scum, you people who opposed her are the real cripples, you have a disabled heart of rock whearas she has a heart of pure gold. Dear Scarlett, if you get a chance to read this then......
Forget Xena and Buffy you are the true Warrior Princess and Vampire Slayer. You took these demented PRIDEFUL men to court and exposed their MORALLY BANKRUPT HEARTS to the entire world. As you know you have not only won a personal victory but a major win for all disabled kids of Australia in the future. I believe it was your DESTINY. I hope that you will get into politics one day because Australia NEEDS people like you to lead our country. You have shown GREAT COURAGE.

Back to D'arcy, the government awarded him over $600,000 in Superannuation. What a great blow to all victims of child rapists especially all the little kids that D'arcy used and abused for his own perverted sexual gratification. The victims end up with no cash even though D'arcy ABUSED them while in a position of TRUST. I was taught that when someone in such a position of trust commits a criminal act then it is a lot WORSE than a normal person off the street. So when coppers deal drugs, priests rape little boys and employees steal from work they SHOULD be held much more accountable. But I had much evidence to the contrary. D'acy was actually advised to quit before he would possibly lose his money. What kind of sick @ucker would tell the KING OF PAEDOPHILLIA to quit to get PAID IN FULL? Well D'arcy MARK MY WORDS none of you sick beasts will EVER get away from TRUE ETERNAL JUSTICE. The CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE, GOD WILL AVENGE THE SOULS OF THE CHILDREN.
