Houston, TX - - Texas Southern baseball announces the signing of right-handed pitcher Jelani Blount. The Baytown Sterling product is one of the top-rated pitching prospects in the area, throwing 88-89 mph consistently and was MVP of the Southwest Regional of the Houston RBI Tournament.
